Privacy Policy

1. Data We Collect

We collect: email address (for authentication), API usage metrics (endpoints called, request volume), and billing information (payment details are processed by Airwallex — we do not store credit card details). We do NOT collect: your trading activity, your agent prompts, or the content of any response we return to you.

2. How We Use Data

Email: account identification and service communications. Usage metrics: rate limiting, quota enforcement, and service improvement. Billing: payment details are processed by Airwallex per their privacy policy. We never sell your data to third parties.

3. Data Storage

Account data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL). Usage metrics are stored in Upstash Redis. Both providers are SOC 2 compliant. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest.

4. Cookies

We use only essential authentication cookies (Supabase session tokens). No tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies are set by agentii.ai.

5. Data Deletion

You may request account deletion at any time via support@agentii.xyz. Your account, its sign-in, its API keys and its notification preferences are deleted within 30 days. Your credit record is retained — the movements of credits into and out of your account are kept as an accounting record, in the same way a statement or an invoice outlives the account it describes. They are not anonymised and not shown to anyone else: deleting your account ends your access to the record, not the record itself. Service telemetry is retained too — the record of how API calls were made is kept as our own operational record, on the same footing as the accounting record. It is not sold, published, or used to reconstruct your research. To ask us to delete service telemetry attributed to your account, contact support@agentii.xyz and we will confirm what was found and removed.

We also keep the data of accounts whose trial has ended. An expired account becomes a free, read-only account: you can still sign in, see your dashboard, your credit history and your billing, and export your history at any time. We keep it until you delete it — you can request deletion at any time using the address above.
