Refund Policy

Effective date: September 15, 2026

1. Refunds are self-serve

You can request a refund yourself from Account → Billing. There is no support ticket, no approval step and no waiting on us. You will see the exact amount you will receive, and the date your access ends, before you confirm — and that is the amount we refund.

2. Subscription refunds are settled in whole months

When you buy a subscription you are paying for a block of service. A refund returns the value of the months you have not used, counted in whole months. Part of a month counts as a whole month, because that is the period for which access and credits were made available to you.

The amount is:

refund = amount paid − (whole months elapsed, including the current one) × the monthly rate of your plan

Worked example. You buy an annual Starter plan ($191.04) and request a refund after 2.5 months. That counts as 3 whole months of service, at $15.92/month — $47.76. You are refunded $143.28, the remaining 9 months.

Your access does not end immediately. It continues to the close of the last month you were charged for — month 3 in the example above. No further charges, credit resets or grants are made against the refunded charge after that point.

3. Monthly plans refund $0 in the current month

A monthly charge covers exactly one whole month, and that month has already been made available to you from the first day. A refund requested mid-month therefore computes to $0. This is not a limitation we can waive — it falls directly out of the whole-month rule above. If you want to stop, cancel instead: your access simply runs to the end of the month you have already paid for, and nothing further is charged.

4. Extra credit purchases

One-time extra credit purchases (the $10 / 5,000 credit bundle, and the $5 / 1,000 auto-recharge top-up) are refunded in proportion to the credits you have not used, and exactly those unused credits are removed.

Worked example. You buy 5,000 credits for $10 and spend 4,000. 1,000 remain, so you are refunded $2.00 and those 1,000 credits are removed. You pay only for the credits you actually used.

Duplicate purchases are refunded in full. Daily credits and credits you have already consumed are never affected by a refund.

5. Where your refund goes

A refund always returns to the original payment method — the same card, wallet or account you paid with. We cannot send a refund anywhere else, and we cannot issue it as account credit instead. For card payments we record the card network's Acquirer Reference Number, which is the reference your bank will ask for if you need to trace it.

6. When a refund cannot be processed straight away

Three situations can delay or block a refund. We surface each of them to you specifically, rather than as a generic failure:

  • Time limit. Card schemes and local payment methods set a maximum age for refunds. A request on a very old charge may be declined by the payment network even though our own calculation shows an amount owed to you.
  • Open dispute. While a payment is under an open chargeback, the payment network does not permit a refund against it. The dispute process governs the outcome instead.
  • Settlement timing. A refund is paid from settled funds. If a refund cannot be covered yet, we record it, tell you it is being retried, and retry it automatically — you do not need to ask again. If our retries are exhausted we will tell you what happens next, and the charge stays refundable for a later attempt.

7. Checkout sessions expire

A payment page you start but do not complete expires after 30 days. Nothing is charged and no subscription is created unless you complete a payment. If you return and start again, completing either page creates one subscription at the published price — we will never charge you twice for the same plan, and if you believe you have been, section 8 applies.

8. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the consumer law that applies to you. Where we have made a billing error, you are entitled to a full correction of that error regardless of the rules above — contact support@agentii.xyz and we will put it right.
